PROGRAM JOURNEY

What you'll learn

1 Month of Classroom Training

The first month of the program takes place at Crack-ED’s Excellence Centre in Gurugram. Here, you’ll get the training you need to kickstart your career in banking. You’ll receive a stipend of Rs 5,000 during this phase. The training covers essential topics to help you succeed in your role, including:

Banking fundamentals and compliance

Banking products & sales techniques

Teller operations and cash handling

Skills for smooth branch operations

Customer service and communication

1 Month of On-The-Job Training

In the second month, you’ll gain real, hands-on experience. This phase gives you the opportunity to apply everything you’ve learned in a live setting. You’ll receive a stipend of Rs 10,000 during this phase. Here’s what you’ll do:

Work alongside banking professionals

Handle real-time banking operations

Receive continuous feedback and mentorship

Manage teller duties and customer interactions
