What exactly will you do after joining as a Sr. Architectural Project Manager at fivD ?

Acts as primary client relationship owner, building and strengthening connections.

Manages the execution and delivery of implementation documents through all phases of projects.

Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation on critical issues through the scope of the project.

Oversees coordination of project team interaction both internally and all other project participants.

Holds project teams responsible for detailed code and zoning analysis, performance analysis and deliverables on FivD standards, best practices and quality expectations.

What are the required key skills?

Accredited professional degree in Architecture.

15+ years of experience.

Sustainable design accreditation preferred

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.

Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems and QA/QC process

Result-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions.

Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Strong organizational skills.
