What exactly will you do after joining as a Lead R&D Engineer at Genus Infrastructure?

Support the research and development efforts focused on lead acid battery design and development.

Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM) for lead acid battery components and systems

Collaborate with senior engineers to develop new lead acid battery technologies and formulations

Conduct testing and characterization of lead acid batteries to assess performance, durability, and safety.

Contribute to the design and optimization of battery components and systems, including electrodes, separators, electrolytes, and casings.

What are the required key skills?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or related field)

8 years of experience in R&D or product development

Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects

Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) preparation

Basic understanding of materials & manufacturing processes

Effective communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong analytical skills & ability to convey technical concepts effectively
