What exactly will you do as a Tech Lead DevOps at FCI?

Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and on-premises systems.

Design, implement, and maintain robust continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Implement monitoring and logging solutions to identify proactively and address system issues.

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define DevOps strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

What are the required key skills?

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

Must have experience in working with Docker and Kubernetes for 2+ years.

Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems.

Ensuring scalability of infrastructure and services.

Setting up highly available infrastructure and services.

Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
