What exactly will you do after joining as a Sr. Hardware Development Engineer at Genus Infrastructure?

Spearhead the optimization of MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking).

Drive the design and implementation of SMPS (Switched-Mode Power Supply) circuits.

Oversee the inductor design process, ensuring the creation of high-quality inductors.

Manage the entire new product development process.

Lead the design and development of advanced solar inverters and associated hardware components, leveraging expertise in solar energy systems.

What are the required key skills?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Extensive experience (15-20 years) in hardware development.

Proficiency in SMPS design principles and inductor design techniques.

Strong understanding of MPPT algorithms and their application in solar charger design.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience in reputable companies within the renewable energy sector.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate.
