What exactly will you do after joining as a Embedded Developer at Genus Infrastructure?

Develop software-based BMS solutions in accordance with AIS156 standards.

Design hardware for Battery Management Systems (BMS), ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with lithium chemistry.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of lithium chemistry.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS solutions into various renewable energy projects.

Stay updated on the latest developments in embedded systems and lithium battery technology, actively contributing to the continuous improvement.

What are the required key skills?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in embedded systems development.

Proficiency in programming languages.

Strong understanding of lithium chemistry.

Strong understanding of BMS design and optimization.

Prior experience in reputable companies within the renewable energy sector.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience with AIS156 standards and BMS development will be advantageous.
