What exactly will you do as a Learning Consultant at AAFT Online?

Driving inquiries & admissions for the various short term/long term learning programs being offered.

Updating of the CRM on a regular basis

Counselling students via call/email on which program would be useful for their career progression

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.

Managing the entire sales cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program.

What are the required key skills?

1-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in inside sales roles.

Communication Skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Highly motivated and self-driven individual.

Capability to counsel students effectively via call/email.

Focused on providing excellent customer service and helping students with their career progression.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries.

Efficient in managing the entire sales cycle from lead engagement to conversion.

Proficiency in updating and managing (CRM) systems.
