What exactly will you do as a Tech Lead Java at FCI?

Manage the entire software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release.

Work closely with the Product Manager / Architect to define project deliverables.

Write code for complex modules and collaborate with the Architect to define product architecture.

At least 8+ years of experience in Java development and related technologies.

Possess hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Java

What are the required key skills?

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Technology, or related field.

Expertise in Java programming language and related technologies.

Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture.

Strong understanding of Cloud-native computing design patterns.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or iterative development methodologies.

Be able to mentor and guide junior developers

Provide technical leadership on projects.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence, as well as source control systems like GitLab.
